For your protection, all orders submitted are subject to a thorough verification procedure and final approval by our customer service department before they are shipped . We verify the billing as well as the shipping address, so an alternate shipping address may delay processing your order.
We may contact you regarding adjustments to your order, including but not limited to tax and shipping which you will be informed of prior to billing. The charges at checkout may not be final. You will receive your final statement (receipt) by email and with your package.
Oversized products may be subject to additional shipping fees.

SuperNatural Art is not responsible for typographical or graphical errors on the web site. SuperNatural Art reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order. If you were already charged we will issue you a full refund.
At SuperNatural Art, we are committed to protecting your privacy. All personal information given to us will remain confidential. We do not sell, rent, or loan any information regarding our customers to anyone!
We ship to the United States and Canada only. All orders will be shipped by UPS within 72 hours of receiving payment. Canadian orders will ship by USPS only. If you are paying by personal check, your order will be shipped as soon as the check has cleared the bank. If you are paying by money order, your order will be shipped as soon as we receive the money order.
Please remember: Orders placed on the weekend will ship the following Monday.

If for any reason you wish to return an item we will be more than happy to exchange it or refund your money.
To do so: contact us within 15 days of receiving the merchandise and we will issue you a return authorization number and instructions. Returns will not be accepted without an authorization number.
Shipping and Handling is not refundable! All returns are subject to a minimum restocking fee of 5%. Please be aware that a return authorization number does not constitute any final disposition.
After we receive your return, it must go through inspection and then will be assessed for refund or exchange. All returned merchandise must be in new condition and must include all original packaging and printed material in original unaltered condition. Do not write on the manufacturers' box or warranty card. Failure of following these terms will result in a denial of a return or exchange.
